If you’ve ever felt an inner stirring—an intuition that there is more to you than the old habits, thoughts, and beliefs that shape your everyday life—Kundalini practice is one of the most direct, beautiful ways to explore that truth. Kundalini-Shakti is the universal life force energy that expresses itself as everything you can see, feel, experience, and imagine.
Including you!
In my weekly Kundalini Meditation class, we work gently and skillfully with breath, visualization, and mantra to awaken this natural energy and direct it toward your own spiritual unfolding. You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or familiar with chakras—just open to exploring the deeper layers of your being.
Awakening Kundalini: Why Now?
Kundalini practice is not just a meditation technique; it’s a way of meeting the Divine within yourself with honesty, courage, care, and devotion.
This can be a profoundly healing practice. As the energy rises, it can bring old emotions to the surface—fear, sadness, grief, and anger. This is not a sign that something is wrong. It’s the energy clearing space for a more grounded, awakened version of yourself to emerge. At the same time, this practice can also awaken states of happiness, joy, bliss, and insight into your true nature.
With the right support and guidance, these experiences become stepping stones toward ever more clarity, presence, and inner freedom.
What You’ll Learn in Class
Although drawn from and inspired by various yogic and tantric methods, this practice is non-traditional and accessible to anyone.
Our practice follows a simple but transformative structure:
Setting Intention & The Four Immeasurables: We begin with compassion and purpose, anchoring your practice in love and benefit for all beings.
Nine-Round Breathing: A powerful method for clearing anger, fear-based attachment, and self-doubt from the body’s three major energy channels.
Bija Mantra Chanting: Vocalizing the seed syllables (LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, OM) activates and harmonizes each chakra.
Kriya Breathing: A breath-based energetic ascent from root to crown, combining breath holds, muscle engagement, and focused attention to guide Kundalini upward.
Meditation & Integration: This is where the insights emerge, energy stabilizes, and you experience the quiet radiance of your True Self.
Dedication: We close with a heartfelt aspiration that the benefits of your practice ripple outward to all beings.
A Practice That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, spiritual awakening, stress relief, or a deeper connection to your inner wisdom, Kundalini Meditation gently guides you home to yourself. And you don’t have to walk alone—this is a supportive, open community of seekers learning and growing together.
