How Do I Get Confidence?

How Do I Get Confidence?

Look at it this way…

Have you ever been frantically searching for your car keys only to realize you had them in your hand the whole time?

The mistake most people make when trying to boost their confidence on their own is that they’re looking for something that they already have!

Don’t believe me?

Think about all the things you are capable of doing right now…without even thinking about it.

For example, right now you’re breathing. And the only reason you’re aware of that now, is because I just pointed it out.

This is an incredibly complex biological process of inhalation, absorbing oxygen, delivering oxygen molecules to each and every of the 100 trillion cells of your body, so that each cell in your body has the oxygen it needs to keep you alive.

Now, there’s no way your conscious mind could ever keep track of all of that. And yet here you are breathing moment by moment every day of your life.

So here’s the thing: there is a part of you that is supremely confident that you just know how to take that next breath. Your body knows what to do. Your mind knows what to do. So just relax into that now. And let yourself experience how good it is to know that there’s this amazing part of you that you can rely on to keep you alive every moment of your life.

And the same goes for all of your other natural capacities, talents, and gifts.

So, even if you’re not aware of it yet, you are brimming with natural confidence right now. And when you learn how to tap into that confidence…consciously and on demand…you can literally achieve anything.
